Titanic Conference is an annual gathering of Titanic historians, researchers, collectors, authors, and enthusiasts gather in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. There are round table sessions, presentations, and Titanic Museum Attraction tours. Titanic: Honor and Glory crew members presented at the conference in 2018 and will be returning in 2019 with even more to see! If you’re interested in meeting the THG crew, scroll down for registration information.
MAke sure your schedule is clear from Thursday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 25th, 2019.
DOWNLOAD AND FILL IN THE Titanic Conference REGISTRATION FORm:
You can choose to attend only the main conference or to add Museum Attraction tours and dinner. Fees are as follows:
Conference Fee: $45
Museum Attraction Tour Fee: $30
Attraction Dinner Fee: $17
TOTAL with all events: $92
TOTAL for conference only: $45
NOTE: An extra $7 charge was added due to an issue with vendors. If you already registered when the original total was $85, don’t worry. Just be sure you’re able to pay an additional $7 upon arriving at the conference.

The hotel is offering reduced rates for Titanic Conference attendees. Those rates are:
Thu - $99
Fri and Sat - $129.
When booking, tell the hotel you're with Titanic Conference 2019 to get the discount prices.
If Mainstay Suites is too expensive (or you can’t find a room), you may be able to book rooms at a different hotel while attending the conference. Attendees in previous years have stayed at other hotels or were local to the area. Please contact Bill Willard if you plan to do this and aren’t sure if it’s OK, and be prepared to get to the conference venue on time.
FIGURE OUT HOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET THERE, be it driving, bus, train, or plane. If you’re driving, no problem. Knoxville, roughly an hour from Pigeon Forge, is the nearest city for flights or Amtrak.

NOTE: TC 2019 may have limited spots for attendance. At least 40 at registered so far, and at least 60-70 are expected to attend. We will update this page if and when conference registrations are closed. If you’re unsure whether it’s too late to register, contact event organizer Bill Willard.
Titanic: Honor and Glory Presentation Information
Planned THG Guests: Matt DeWinkeleer, Kyle Hudak, and Zeno Silva.
Planned and possible THG-related activities/displays include:
A presentation by the core crew - one of the main events, with possible Q&A.
A Vive VR set running Demo 3.
A PC running a massive new, conference-exclusive ship tour demo.
Display featuring more footage, prints, etc.
Roundtable freetime and discussions (which includes other presenters).
Chance to meet THG crew and get things signed.
Zeno Silva’s 3D-printed models on display.
See the world’s first built Trumpeter 1:200 scale model.
3D-printing demonstration setup with one of Zeno’s 3D printers.
NOTE: These details are subject to change, subtractions, or additions as plans are crystallized.
General Conference Information

Alan St. George (with his amazing sculpted works).
Dave Gallo and Billy Lange. Dave and Billy are leading the new explorations of the wreck for the company who now exhibits and maintains the artifact collection, and Billy was with Ballard the night Titanic’s wreck was found.
Relative of Titanic survivors: Frank Goldsmith Jr., Helen Benziger, Joan Pope Randall, Julie Williams.
…and others as presenters and guests, including various fans of Titanic: Honor and Glory. Presenters are subject to change.
Conference fee - $45
If you want to dine with attendees at the Titanic Attraction Dinner, + $17
If you wish to go with attendees to the Titanic Attraction during the conference, + $30
Total for all - $92
This includes the welcome reception Thursday evening, the conference room, snacks, other conference expenses. These expenses do NOT include hotel costs.

Location for main events will be MainStay Suites at 410 Pine Mountain Road (just a block off of the Parkway - approximately across from the huge Ferris Wheel). Location for additional tour and dinner events will be at the Pigeon Forge Titanic Museum Attraction at 2134 Parkway.
The Welcome Reception will be outdoors in the covered creek-side Pavilion at the Conference Center. They will also have a complimentary hot breakfast in the hotel. There are indoor and outdoor pools, AND a lazy river! (Note: The venue for 2019 is much nicer than the one for 2018, hence increased expenses.)
